Has my order been processed?
Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder and contact our customer service department with the date and amount of the order.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Once you have received your order confirmation email, you cannot cancel your order. However, you can return the items after receiving them for a refund. The return shipping costs will be at your charge.
What are the delivery times?
The products are sent within 5 days maximum, subject to stock. Some products require special manufacturing and take longer (Art Print 22 x 29.9″).

Yes, by returning it at their/your expense and paying for the shipping costs of the new print (subject to the availability).
Are the Art Prints delivered framed?
No, the Art Prints are delivered in a packaging and they are ready to be framed. You can add the frame to your order which will be delivered in the same package.

What if I received an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service department, indicating your order number and the problem you encountered. We will then give you a return number so that you can proceed with the return.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the condition of your delivery package. If it is damaged, send a picture to the customer service department to open an investigation with the transporter. If your package is not damaged and you are missing an item, please contact our customer service department.
What if I received a defective item?
Art Mex Talent pays the utmost attention to the quality of its products. If you have a defect, please report it to our customer service department with a picture. If the product is validated as defective by the customer service department, we will send you a free return form. Art Mex Talent will pay for the return shipping. We will send you a replacement for your defective item upon reception of it. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will refund you immediately.

If your credit card payment went through and you did not receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order, please make sure that the email is not in your spam folder. Bank verification sometimes takes a little longer (security procedures) so the order is not immediately authorized and must be validated manually.
Are my banking details kept?
